Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy on returns is 30 days and hence you can demand a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. 

Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or was product delivered incorrectly .
  2. No restocking fees are charged.

Damages ,incorrect items and issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item , please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and offer a suitable solution. 

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and then place a new order for the desired item once your return has been accepted.  

For Lost packages

In case of losing the package in transit, we will be happy to replace the order provided that you have entered the right address during checkout.

Unless you demand a refund, we will wait 30 days and refund you in case the package is not received.

The order will be checked by our customer-service team after every week of two weeks and updated.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items.

  • Personalized or discounted items may be excluded from returns (where permitted by law).
  • gift cards are not acceptable.

Refunds of Serendipity Consignment :

  1. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected . 
  2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days . 
  3. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  1. Return shipping cost: Customers bear the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

One may cancel the orders within 2 hours free of charge. Then, in case the order is shipped, proceed with the process of return.
